  1. Don’t only develop customers. Work hard to keep them.

  4. Always sell for the next invoice. Seek smart ways to expand your sales in volume.
  5. Develop happy Customers. They are like diamonds. Happy Customers are repeat Customers.
  6. Get “professionally personal” with your Customers. Today’s sales world is relationship selling.
  7. Be Extraordinary! Normal doesn’t sell anymore. Learn how to sell like a Champion.
  8. Always put yourself in the customers’ shoes. Empathy is an advanced selling technique.
  9. Go the extra mile for the Customer. The more you think of how to satisfy the Customer, the more you excel in your Selling.
  10. Don’t stop thinking of new ways to delight the customer. Innovation beats competition!
